My name is ApriI Ann D’Amato and I am a Spiritual
Intuitive, Certified Holistic Life Coach, Energy Therapist and Teacher. I am an Energy Therapist Certified
as an Usui & Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner and Quantum Touch. I
am also a Holistic Life Coach who is trained in assisting people with their goals of remaining in balance through body, mind
and spirit. I have also completed a Pastoral Counseling Course through St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. My
educational background is in government and politics and I have a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration.
In addition to my training and certification, I am also a Spiritual Intuitive using Clairsentient and Clairaudient abilities primarily and secondarily Clairvoyance and Claircognizant. I work with the Angelic Realm
as a channel for the information the Angels would like to provide to us through automatic writing, live channeling and clear
messages. I offer private sessions assisting individuals in their healing process. Through
spiritual guidance, coaching and energy healing, my goal is to promote healing on all levels for my clients; helping them
to look within and reconnect with their body-mind-spirit connection for self healing.
As a Certified Holistic Life Coach, I can coach on any topic.
With the questions of spirituality arising in many people, my recent focus has been on helping client’s balance
their life and connect with their intuition. We all have the gifts of intuition; it
is just a simple matter of reconnecting to it and allowing it to take place in our lives. My Life
Coaching is different than most because while assessments and traditional coaching tools are a part of my coaching practice,
I use all the tools available to me, including spiritual guidance and energy therapy to best assist my client’s in reaching
their goals. One of the starting points for many of my Life Coaching Clients begins with a
workshop I channeled from the Angels: Fall in Love with the Spirit that is You! It is the workshop that
sparks your soul’s journey and opens your world to new possibilities. My role as a Life Coach has evolved to be more
of the role of a Spiritual Mentor. I truly feel the direction of Spiritual Mentoring is what my mission is
in this life for now is the time to turn on your light and keep it shining.
I
have been practicing energy healing for over nine years now. I started my business, Purple Starfire Reiki
in the summer of 2005. When I learned of Reiki in 2000, I did not anticipate the beautiful changes
that would occur in my life; the unfolding of my gifts and the power of true healing. l had sought out
alternative holistic healing modalities after a long and unsuccessful journey in the world of traditional medicine.
At that point in my life, I was plagued by many physical ailments such as endometriosis, acid reflux disease and severe
chronic pain in my back and neck. I was told by many doctors that I would just have to live my life in
pain and on medications. This was not acceptable to me. I had begun my emotional healing
journey long before, but nothing sparked my move forward more than Reiki. After positive experiences with
naturopaths and chiropractors, I began to put more weight on alternative healing modalities. I came across
an informational class on Reiki. It was my first encounter with Energy Healing. It had
a profound affect on my life. I immediately felt relief after only 10 minutes. After
that experience, I sought out a teacher and began my journey of healing.
My
initial motivation for learning Reiki was to relieve my physical pain and to help my family. However, the
more I spent working with the energy the more I realized the amazing results the energy had had in all aspects of my life,
spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. I continued my journey leaving my career in government and politics
to pursue my healing passion. My path had changed dramatically from my goal of pursuing an education in
Law and Social Work to opening a healing business in a world where it is still all new and a bit unknown.
I
continue my journey for self growth and empowerment through my attendance at workshops and trainings. I have committed
myself to living a life of light and love and to helping others heal through connection to their spirit. Presently,
I continue my education by fulfilling my prerequisite requirements for entering medical school to become a Naturopathic Physician.
Since opening my business in 2005, I have had successful experiences
in helping many people heal and discover their own guidance and path. I have expanded my business as a
way to fulfill my dream of owning a Healing Center where adults and children could come to begin their journey to self discovery
and healing. I believe that the healing process is evolutionary and that each individual’s journey
requires different tools to help them make a mind-body-spirit connection and to remain in that connection. I
look forward to helping you discover your path and providing you guidance, love and light along the way.
I opened
The Healing Castle in June 2006. The Healing Castle has since been renamed to Soul Star Healing Center.
It is a place where Science, the Arts, and Spirituality come full circle. It offers opportunities for adults
and children to come and discover healing through the magic of connecting the body, mind and spirit. In
addition to the many services that I offer, the castle presently hosts several guest classes and workshops in Yoga, Homeopathy,
Nutrition, Chinese Medicine, Art and Meditation. Services and classes are being added all the time.
On April 22, 2007, a day also known as "Earth Day",
I unveiled my new business name, Soul Star Healing. My mission has always been the same to help people find health,
happiness and love in their life. Now I am expanding that mission to include the earth connection. I have always
been pulled to help heal the earth; I think my most proactive memory was when I was a student at Central Connecticut State
University where I started the Recycling Committee. I wanted people to be more responsible so as a Student Senator
I worked on that committe to get bins for recycling on the campus. Since those days as a student, I have learned
that healing our planet has to begin with our individual healing; therefore, that is the mission of Soul Star Healing.
